But as we always say, we strive to make it easy for people to do business with us. On rare occasions (case-to-case basis), we'd be willing to work on return requests that contain valid reasons for returning. We will accept the returns but please note that we can't refund the original shipping costs and you will also pay for the return shipping. Upon receipt of the items and after assessment, a 40% restocking fee will be charged and the returned items need to be in their original condition/unopened packaging. We will send the refund only for the items you purchased--after deducting the re-stocking fee.
No refund or credit will be issued for any shipping fee. Additionally, returning the merchandise back to us is at your own expense. We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost or damaged during transit time. A claim must be filed with the carrier you've chosen to use.

Our main responsibility is to ship all our customers' orders as soon as they are placed and as soon as payments have been processed.
